We are seeking a driven and customer focused individual to join our team as a Service Booking Advisor.

This key position has a major part to play in achieving dealership success by being responsible for generating inbound and outbound workshop bookings for the Jaguar Land Rover and non-franchise workshops.

Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are of paramount importance in this role.

During busy periods, you may also be required to support our front of house team - receptionists and service receptionists.
