Head of Data Analysis

The role of Head of Data Analysis requires someone who can beautifully balance the needs of the customer and the business to improve the efficiency and reputation of this luxury UK homegrown, dermatologist and doctor-led brand.

You’ll need to be able to read data turning insights into tangible actions for the brand. You’ll be the go-to person for teams when it comes to having figures at your fingertips to support campaigns, launches, and market insights.

Based in London with 2 days working from home, this is an ideal opportunity for someone with a deep understanding of data who is looking to further their career within the beauty industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyses and anticipate business and user needs, to establish clear business value objectives
- Revises existing business processes to improve business value
- Data analysis including the creation of robust data sets to support teams
- Sell-In/Sell-Out reporting and analysis regularly
- Undertake budget and forecast planning and coordination
- Carry out operational planning and reporting along with retailer data reporting and analysis
- Provide data support for monthly brand meetings including trends, industry, and market insights

**Skills**
- Extensive experience as a senior data/business analyst experience in the beauty industry
- Excellent analysis skills: the ability to create business analysis from scratch and troubleshoot
- data quality issues
- Excellent organisational and communication skills to interact with internal management while working in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, maintaining project schedule and quality
