**About Us**: ProHealth started in 2015 from a small room in a golf driving range before moving to our 5 room multi-discipline practice on Ackhurst Road, Chorley. We work together with our patients to move them from 'reactive pain care' to promotion of proactive health management and wellbeing.

**Your Role**: As a Sports & Rehabilitation Therapist in our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our patients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals.
- Providing hands-on soft tissue therapy and rehabilitation programs to aid in recovery and enhance performance.
- Collaborating closely with our team of chiropractors and other rehabilitation therapists to deliver the best possible patient care.
- Educating patients on injury prevention and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A qualified and motivated Sports Rehabilitation or Sports Therapist with degree level certifications.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
- 24 - 30 hours p/w initially with potential to increase in the future.
