A leading Glasgow Bakery is looking for a baker to join our team. We supply some of Glasgow’s finest restaurants, cafes and bars. We want our bakery section to be the best in the market and you will be a key part of this journey.

Details for Baker:
*Location - Glasgow, Blochairn.

*Rate - To be discussed.

*Full Time/Part Time.

*Shifts - Flexible start.

*28 Days holiday per year (Full time).

About the role:
*The bakery is looking for a passionate baker who is happy to work in a commercial environment, particularly with sour dough.

*An all-rounder who is reliable in following procedures and recipes in bulk, confident with mixing, scaling, baking & using commercial machinery & hand shaping doughs.

An added advantage will be:
*Expertise on large scale sourdough production and various types of Polish breads.

*Experience working within either a commercial bakery or kitchen as a head chef.

*A passion for good food and quality produce.
