The Recruitment Group is hiring We require a committed and experienced **Helpdesk Analyst** to work for our well-established client based in **Abingdon, Oxfordshire**

**Details**:
**Salary**:£22,000**
Location**:Abingdon, Oxfordshire (office-based)**
Hours**:8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am shift pattern
**Start date**:ASAP

**About the role**:
As **Helpdesk Analyst**, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring tickets are resolved in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Scheduling Field Engineers for site visits when problems cannot be resolved remotely
- Providing excellent customer service, striving to exceed client and business expectations
- Liaising with other internal departments and external partners to resolve tickets when required

**About you**:

- Keen problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable prioritising and working with multiple conflicting deadlines
- IT Troubleshooting experience
- ITIL qualification desirable but not essential.

**Additional Information**:
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role. Shift pattern works on a "4 days on, 4 days off basis"

Whilst trouble-shooting experience is ideal, this is an entry level position.
