The Medical Administrator is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining excellent telephone contact with our patients.
- Processing new patient registrations and removing patients when they move away.
- Passing on medical information such as results and follow-up medical advice from GPs and other clinicians.
- Manage new user requests for access to our IT system.
- Dealing with Subject Access Requests and other non NHS reports for patient.
- Electronic filing of medical records and identifying follow-up action for patients.
- Providing information to our patient group on other medical services available.
- Support the Practice with IT database searching for quality improvement, patient safety and data audit reports.
- Deputise for the Medical Secretary for audio typing of clinical referrals.
- The post requires excellent computer skills and the ability work independently.

**Salary**: £21,400.00-£22,500.00 per year
