**JOB SUMMARY**

**Summary of position**:
**Cell Room operator-Responsible for making up cells, cleaning & checking glass to a good standard. Making up mixes.**

**Summary of the persons the employee will work with**:
**Report to Production Manager
- Deborah Griffiths**

**Any team members working in department.**

**KEY TASKS**

**List of key tasks**:
**Making sure mixes are done correctly and, and responsible for cell making and cleaning cell glass to a high standard.**

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**

**List of Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & Timely Targets (SMART)**

**Work needs to be kept at high standard, correct procedures followed at all times. Targets reached. Any issues to be reported to Production Manager.**

**Salary**: £9.60 per hour

- Monday to Friday
