Providing administrative support in the specific areas of ICT Procurement, finance, software and hardware asset management as well as other general areas. In addition, it will be expected that the post holder will be key in providing operational and managerial reporting information for Service Delivery and the Digital, Data & Technology (DDaT)Directorate.
The role will work closely with the Head of Business Assurance and Digital Procurement Manager and will gather, collate, analyse and present this data to Service Delivery and DDaT Directorate. This role assists with preparing financial management, will maintain databases including contracts, asset and software management. The role will be a key function in coordinating and planning of the DDaT function in order to assist the Senior Leadership Team to deliver the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board Integrated Medium-Term Plan.
The post holder will be an active member of the Digital Business Unit and contribute towards the overall management and planning of the service.
