Customer Care Assistant

Tannlin are offering an opportunity to join an independent international engineering company in Monkton as part of the administration/customer service team. Ideally the person should be an organised, reliable individual with an attention to detail who is able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative with a positive attitude.

The position is full time/fixed term. Working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Customer support - liaising with production team to update customers on orders
- Answering telephone and dealing with correspondence
- Filing management

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisational skills, problem solving approach to tasks
- Ability to investigate and resolve customer queries quickly and patiently
- Ability to prioritise their own workload
- Flexible approach to working

Tannlin is headquartered thirty miles south of Glasgow, adjacent to Prestwick International Aerospace Park, in Scotland.
