Weekend Driver/vehicle Detailer

**Key responsibilities**
- Complete all deliveries and collections
- Ensure yard is tidy always
- Complete check in/check out process correctly
- Capture damage on all/any vehicles being off hired
- To ensure the cleanliness of all vehicles is to the required standard
- To provide maximum return through working efficiently

**Key tasks**
- Ensure all deliveries and collections to Edinburgh Waverley and Edinburgh Airport are completed as professionally as possible
- Ensure the yard is clean and tidy and all vehicles lined up correctly
- Ensure all check in/check out sheets are completed properly
- Ensure all damage is captured and sufficient pictures are taken and signed for to allow Central to recharge the customers
- Ensure vehicles are being made available to rent dependant on requirements
- Ensure all vehicles are valeted to the highest standard by all staff and carry out random spot checks

**Competences (desired)**
- To have a detailed understanding of vehicle rental/contract hire/leasing/vehicle funding
- To be able to work under pressure and be committed to meeting deadlines
- To be self-motivated and can manage multiple requirements and demands effectively

**Key performance measures**

KPI’s will be provided on a separate document in greater detail that will include:
Ø Check in/check out sheet standards

Ø Damage pack standards

Ø Disposal programme

Ø Cleanliness of vehicles

Ø Customer service reviews

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 9 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekends only
