**Position**: Trainee Motorway Tyre Fitter (Commercial HGVs)

**Salary**: £36,565 (Depending on Experience) + Bonuses

**Responsibilities**:

- Fit, inspect, repair, and replace tyres for commercial HGVs
- Perform routine maintenance on tyres to ensure safety and optimal performance
- Assist drivers with tyre-related emergencies and breakdowns on the motorway
- Adhere to company safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in tyre fitting
- Strong knowledge of tyre types, sizes, and tread patterns
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
