Good Head Bartender will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for Bar and Honey Restaurant
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Stay guest focused and provide an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Being able to train new staff and be consistent with the presentation of every cocktail
- Make sure the cleaning standards are always high
- Being able to cash up
- Oversee the performance of each member of staff and report it to the Manager
- Being able to create innovative signature cocktails
- High knowledge of all the classic cocktails

**Requirements and skills**
- Resume and proven working experience as a Head Bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
- Being able to make coffees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
