**Position**: Security Officer

**Location**: Liskeard

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

**Full-time**: 4 On 4 Off Day shifts

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Site Security**: Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules, ensuring the safety and security of client assets and personnel.

**Access Control**: Regulate site entry and exit, ensuring that only authorized individuals gain access.

**Incident Reporting**: Accurately document all security incidents, irregularities, or unsafe conditions. Liaise with the control room or appropriate personnel to provide real-time updates and post-incident reports.

**Patrols**: Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises, identifying and resolving potential security threats.

**Emergency Response**: Act promptly during emergencies, liaising with emergency services, and executing site-specific security procedures.

**Essential Requirements**:
**Availability**: Must be available to work days, 4 on 4 off pattern.

**Licences**: Valid SIA licence is mandatory.

**Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and liaising with various stakeholders.

**Experience**: Prior experience in a security role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

**Vigilance**: A keen eye for detail to identify security risks or breaches.
