The Brokerage function is a key part of the operational delivery of adult social care. The team supports the service by sourcing care packages, as well as dealing with associated tasks such as setting up payments to providers and Direct Payments to Customers.

**The Role**

The role of the Brokerage team is to provide excellent customer services to a wide range of stakeholders including customers, practitioners, health colleagues and providers to ensure an individual’s care and support needs are met. You will provide top level support to our services and teams. The role will be varied and will require you to have a flexible approach to the delivery of brokerage solutions. You will be responsible for liaising with Social Workers & Health Colleagues and sourcing the appropriate care for service users.
