Workshop Team Leader

Premier Recruitment Solutions require a Workshop Team Leader for our client ( one of the largest leading Waste & Recycling organisations in the UK) based in Esher.
**The Role**:
To provide supervision of a maintenance workshop serving a diverse range of vehicles, equipment and plant; and plan the effective use of resources to deliver a cost effective Service and Maintenance Repair facility always ensuring first class customer service.
- Compliance with legislative and company standards of all equipment and tools
- Health & Safety of Workshop
- Monitoring Fitter performance, quality and productivity
- Maintain cost controls on behalf of Amey
- Actively identify and develop effective ways of delivering service
- Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities
**The Package**:
- £ 46,000, Overtime potentially available
- Monthly

- Working Hours from 06:00 - 15:30 Monday - Friday
**Requirements**:
- Full driving licence: Ideally with HGV CAT C Licence
- City & Guilds Motor Vehicle level 1,2 & 3
- Planning and motivational skills
- Computer Literate
- Ability to communicate with team and management
**Experience**
- Experience of maintenance workshops ideally in a supervisory role
- Able to demonstrate workshop planning knowledge
- Experience in performance managing teams
- Significant “On Tools” experience
- High level of problem solving skills
