Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Trades UK Recruitment Ltd is a small yet well-established recruitment agency based in Guiseley dealing Construction requirements.

Starting Salary £24,000 + Bonus after a probation period.

**THE ROLE**

Initially, you’ll be assisting experienced recruiters, working as a ‘Resourcer’ with the following roles:

- Calling & interviewing potential applicants and matching to current vacancies
- Writing job descriptions and CV’s
- Generating leads and gathering market intelligence
- Taking detailed information from the client for each project they require labour on
- Work with the team to assist in filling temporary assignments throughout the UK.
- Deal with any site issues in a professional manner when they arise.
- Engaging in “lapsed clients”

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- You should enjoy networking and be confident speaking to people over the phone and face to face.
- You should be hard working, ambitious, persuasive and resilient.
- Good written, telephone and verbal communication skills in English.
- IT literate and comfortable using databases on a day-day basis.
- Previous recruitment, telephone sales or customer service experience preferred.
