We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Car Valeter and Detailer to join our Used Car Dealership in Berkeley (GL13 9ET). As a Car Valeter and Detailer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our customers' vehicles. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that each vehicle is cleaned and detailed to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
- Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces as needed.
- Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors to restore shine and protect the paint.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and visibility.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects and report findings to the management.
- Keep the cleaning supplies and equipment well-maintained and organized.
- Follow all safety guidelines and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer concerns or inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Car Valeter and Detailer or similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of different cleaning products, equipment, and techniques for various vehicle surfaces.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid Full UK driver's license and clean driving record.
- A minimum of 1 year’s previous experience within detailing and/or valeting and 1 years driving experience, though will accept 1 year of commercial cleaning experience as well.
- Experience using machine polishing tools and other detailing/valeting related tools and accessories.
