We are MM Engineering. Our HQ is based in Port Talbot, South Wales and we are trusted by a range of UK-critical and multi-national organisations in protecting their most important and vulnerable assets and infrastructure.

We are looking for **talented, dedicated and motivated people** to come and join us as **Welder/Fabricators, **constructing our products at our 20,000sq ft factory as part of our high-trained and dedicated manufacturing team.

You will be doing the following:

- Working directly from engineering drawings
- Using of MIG welding sets on **mild, stainless steel and aluminium**
- Programming of welding set to suitable specification
- Cutting and joining material
- Conducting visual inspections

Given the wide range of materials the company uses to manufacture its products, experience in welding stainless and aluminium is essential for this role.

Competitive hourly rates on offer negotiable depending on skills and experience, with an uplift for overtime hours worked. Employees start with a holiday entitlement of 22 days exclusive of bank holidays, and an auto-enrolment pension.

Pay: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
