**The client & Overview**
We are delighted to be supporting a rapidly growing organisation in the Teesside area in their search for an experienced Internal Communications professional. The services this business provides make a real impact on the lives of people.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Internal Communications Manager will play a key role in supporting the development of the brand by helping to engage with and inspire their people.
You will be experienced at planning, delivering and evaluating internal communications. Skilled and proactive at building relationships, you will deliver campaigns and events, and produce well written and engaging content as you manage our internal communicationschannels.
**What you will be doing**:

- Support wider brand/business strategy, and lead on the development and delivery of internal communications plans
- Lead internal communications, campaigns and events to engage and inspire people
- Take ownership of our internal communications channels and manage editorial calendars and content
- Write engaging, accurate and on-brand copy for channels, briefings and campaigns
- Manage intranet content
- Build relationships and trust at a senior level, and support engagement through working collaboratively with inter-dependent teams and locations
- Manage external suppliers to support the delivery of events, campaigns and channels
- Work with colleagues in the Marketing and Communications Team
- Measure and evaluate the performance of internal communication activities, and support the generation of research, insight and intelligence to inform the work of the team
**About you**:

- At least three years’ experience’ working in a busy internal communications role with ability to manage multiple deadlines and channels
- Excellent copywriting skills and experience of editing content
- Experienced at developing and leading campaigns, events and activations
