Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for someone who has had experience looking to professionally grow and develop in a new environment or a housekeeper ready to step up and take their career to the next level. The professional we are looking for will have a strong understanding of housekeeping procedures and standards, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Main responsibilities
- Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. This includes ensuring that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, that all public areas are clean and tidy, and that all cleaning supplies are properly stocked.
- Train and develop team members. This include providing training on housekeeping procedures, standards, and equipment. It also includes providing feedback and coaching to team members to help them improve their skills.
- Ensure that all cleaning standards are met. This includes inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure that they are clean and tidy. It also includes investigating and resolving any complaints about cleanliness.
- Respond to guest complaints and inquiries. This includes responding to guest complaints about cleanliness and other housekeeping issues, as well as providing information to guests about housekeeping services and policies.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. This includes keeping track of the quantity and condition of all cleaning supplies, and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Other duties as assigned. This may include a variety of tasks, such as assisting with special events, training new employees, or working on special projects. Requirements - High school diploma or GED
- Proven housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Working knowledge of housekeeping
- The ability to multitask
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time - Excellent organizational and time management skills
