At the Female Entrepreneur Association, member experience is everything. Our rapidly growing business is looking for Home Help to make a hectic CEO’s business & personal life, more organised, calm and productive.
- This is a Part time 15-20 hours a week Monday - Friday Home Help role. The pay is between £12-15 per hour
- Located in Wilmslow, you will be working in the family home.
- The work is varied, dynamic and fun. You will be working directly with the founder, and helping her with a mix of home tasks and family admin, such as travel, cooking, childcare, organisation and cleaning.
- Benefits: Paid time off 25 days holiday (pro-rata) + Bank holidays

The possible down sides?
- Flexibility is desired with hours (both ways) there will be some evenings needed for the children and occasional travel
- You are willing to work for FEA exclusively.
- You have experience of 3 years + in a role that involves either childcare or housekeeping

What are the requirements?

The role’s keep the founder organised, prepared and efficient so she can focus on being the visionary in both business and personal life.

The primary focus of the role is to work with Carrie, and be one step ahead of her needs. The work is varied, from ensuring the home is organised and clean, to ensuring the children have everything they need for a weekend trip away.

**Personal Tasks**:

- Research holidays and make bookings (flights, accommodation)
- Open and sort mail.
- Help manage/organise paperwork (nursery, school, birthday reminders, kids parties, present buying)
- Book things in ie: garden work, odd jobs, liaise with a handy person to resolve small home issues.
- Manage vet appointments and checkups for the dog

**Household tasks**:

- Light housekeeping - making sure that the home is running smoothly, errands are run, mail is sorted, and the home is a relaxing and calm environment.
- House organisation projects (Such as office, kids wardrobes)
- Washing & organising the ironing into piles ready to be ironed
- Making & changing beds
- Running errands
- Nursery pickups when needed

**You must**:

- Have previous experience in general administrative tasks
- Be self motivated and organise your own time effectively
- Have a DBS certificate or be happy to have one done
- Be a driver with your own car
- Willingness and proactiveness to see things that need to be done, without asking.

**Key skills Required**:

- Excellent Communication: You need to be the outgoing type of person with a confident manner and ability to communicate the necessary information to Carrie.
- Proactive: You need to be the type of person who gets joy out of getting things done. You, use your initiative. Every day, you will complete a list of tasks - prioritised by you.
- Flexible: You are happy to work at a fast pace and can adapt to changes with ease. You want to take ownership over what you do, and do it to the best of your ability, consistently. If you don’t know, you will ask, you're a fast learner and happy to change and adapt.
- Meticulous Attention to detail: You are a magnet for spotting errors and corrections, and have personal pride in the aesthetic of your work.

In summary, a job well done for you is looking after the little (and big things) that need doing, so that Carrie can be at her best. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude, willing to step up and take tasks off the founder,and identify opportunities to make her day to day even easier.
