RM Recruit Ltd are working within a fantastic charitable organisation who are on the lookout for a Finance & Treasury Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a hybrid, forward-thinking environment where dutiesinclude:

- Development and production of Treasury reporting for supporting the organisation with managing Foreign Exchange (FX) and banking risks
- Identifying and implementing reporting efficiencies within the Treasury team, including continuous improvement and efficiency projects as agreed by the Head of Treasury
- To support the management accountant in streamlining the management accounts preparation process.
- To support the management accounting function to improve the closing date for month end, and to empower the management accountant to be able to build Power Bi user orientated reports.
- Preparing and planning FX flow forecasts to effectively manage cash flow, currency requirements and levels of liquidity to mitigate liability risk in the department and the wider organisation.
- FX exposure management, including accurate and timely reporting of FX exposures and subsequent settlements to facilitate future hedging processes.
- Assist the Business Partner with reports to support commentary for plan updates.
- Delivering key financial information including forecasting to key personnel
- Using on-line banking access for our overseas bank accounts to produce daily cash balances for IRW cash held globally
- Analysis of key information and reporting the same to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrating adaptability with details, creating user friendly and attractive reports that meet user requirements. To ensure monthly financial reports are prepared to agreed timeframes.
