**Trainee Medical Signatory - FTC 24 months**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement training sessions for cross functional colleagues on the ABPI Code and related compliance issues.
- Develop and implement of training sessions for other trainee signatories on the ABPI Code and related compliance issues.
- Keep up to date with changes in regulations and guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and the ABPI Code of Practice.
- Support the pharmacovigilance team by assisting in the reporting of adverse events.
- The above tasks will accompany a structured 9 month training period enabling registration as a final medical signatory with the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA).
**Who you are**
- General Medical Council - registered physician with a least 1 year experience working in the NHS or General Pharmaceutical Council - registered pharmacist with a least 1 year experience working in the NHS Experience essential plus the criteria below
- A strong desire to develop a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong desire and motivation to work specifically in medical compliance.
- Some understanding / knowledge of the ABPI Code of conduct
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An ability to work with cross functional teams
- A solution-focussed mindset
- A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
