Administrator (Part-time)

Our client an Insurance Claims company based in **Goudhurst** are looking to recruit a part time Administrator on a job share basis.
This is a varied and interesting role requiring the role holder to achieve deadlines and have an ability to multitask and work on their own.
The position will involve helping with variety of tasks in the office, general duties and some audio typing would be useful.
The role involves the processing of both new and existing clients for the insurance intermediary company, assisting with the administration of claims for the insurance intermediary company and claims company and helping with ancillary tasks. You will need to be flexible, enjoy working with people and learning new skills, be able to work on your own and in a team, have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, confidence on the telephone, good numeracy skills, good English and writing skills. There will be some job sharing between you and other members of staff. It is necessary that you are able to effectively use excel and word and enjoy a having a varied working day.
Working times and hours: 3 days per week, ideally Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Salary £12.50 per hour.
We are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this role.
