Sales Associate

Hawk Personnel are actively seeking a Sales Associate to join an Independent property services group in their Lewisham office. They currently operate across the London area.

**The role**:

- Qualifying applicants over the telephone
- Managing a personal database of applicants
- Arranging and conducting property tours
- Receiving and providing viewing feedback
- Negotiating and handling offers
- Updating clients on market conditions
- Supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the office
- New business generation

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- estate agency sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- UK driving license and access to your own car (required)
