Cobalt is working with a leading name in real estate, as they look to welcome a new Technical Compliance Manager to help proactively manage risk and sustainability on one of the UK's premium commercial and retail destinations. You'll be based in the Londonoffice with some flexibility of working from home.

You will be part of the central support services team, ensuring that all assets are managed in accordance with current standards, best industry practices, and regulatory requirements. You will be a key part of creating a harmony of the company policies andprocedures across the portfolio, monitoring and reviewing processes on a regular basis to be able to identify, report and communicate any non-compliance and unsafe practices.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a conduit between the property management teams you form a crucial part of the wider team and Technical Compliance function of your employer;
- Assessing and analysing technical and sustainability policies and procedures in place to ensure they remain fit for purpose;
- Helping to educate and train stakeholders on positive technical management, helping to foster a proactive culture and ethos towards compliance;
- Liaising with and working alongside specialist consultants for large-scale projects/technical works, in addition to contractors for necessary technical audits;
- Sound knowledge of ISO 14001 and 15001.
- And other ad hoc duties as may arise from time to time.

Our client is looking for a dedicated Technical Compliance Manager with a strong foundation of knowledge in managing ISO 14001 and 15001 for entire buildings (i.e common areas, and plant rooms, in addition to tenanted areas) whilst it is desirable that yourknowledge is supported by an IOSH/NEBOSH, engineering or property management qualification.
