A fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised leading company as a Payroll Supervisor/ Payroll Controller. The Payroll Supervisor / Payroll Controller will deliver excellent payroll services, ensuring accuracy and compliance in accordance with statutoryrequirements, policy, procedure and governance.

The Payroll Supervisor / Payroll Controller will directly manager a team of 2 Payroll Coordinators

The role holder will be based in our clients UK head office in Uxbridge, Middlesex.

The successful applicant will have:

- Payroll knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of payroll software, ADP
- Ideally, people management experience
- Process driven
- Problem analysis and finance skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication

Ideally, applicants will have a payroll qualification, though this isn't essential.

Typical current job titles of interest are Payroll Manager, Payroll, Supervisor, Payroll Controller and Head of Payroll.
