**Location**:Wycombe Hospital, Queen Alexandra Rd, High Wycombe, HP11 2TT

**Start Date**:ASAP

**End Date**:01/04/2023 (Possibility to extend)

**Working Pattern**:37.5 Monday-Friday (part-time but must work Tues & Fri)

**Shift Pattern**:8:30-16:30

**Role Details**:

- Full UK license and car driver
- Interested in B7 depending on hours
- Community experience is essential
- Delivery of intensive stroke rehab through 6 week ESD pathway in the community across Buckinghamshire
- Prioritisation of caseload.
