Axcis education is recruiting seasonal workers who are always busy in the summer and other school holidays but need consistent work for the rest of the year. All of our work is term time only, offering you free time when you need it

We are a recruitment agency with a focus in Special Educational Needs. We recruit support staff to mainstream and special schools on a temporary basis with short and long term opportunities. Your role as a teaching assistant will be to support the class teacher working with the class or small groups. Some of our roles are on a 1-1 basis working with one child who has a diagnosis and needs extra support. This could be learning difficulties, Autism or maybe social or emotional support.

You must have previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults with the patience, understanding and empathy they deserve. As a teaching assistant to children with additional needs you are giving them equal opportunities in their education.

We have part and full time roles. You will be working weekdays only being paid £11.50 per hour.
