This is an ideal job for a food science or food technology graduate looking for their first job in the Food Industry. Full training and support is provided.

Duties will include:

- Maintaining risk assessment systems in line with regulatory standards and customer codes of practice
- Monitoring traceability across the site
- Carrying out audits and investigating non-conformance
- Carrying out HACCP process validation
- Maintaining validation equipment
- Supporting project work in relation to Technical

Skills and Experience required:

- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or similar
- Some experience within a Technical environment, possibly previous employment or placement
- Flexible approach to work
- Ability to work on own initiative
