As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You will have the opportunity to work closely with top-level executives and contribute to the success of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of managing the diaries of our Chairman and Managing Director, ensuring accuracy and effective communication.
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, both domestic and international, for the Chairman, Directors, and our team.
- Handle incoming calls, follow up on external enquiries, and ensure prompt distribution of incoming mail.
- Compile comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for the Chairman, Directors, and Senior Management Team.
- Produce accurate meeting minutes and distribute them along with corresponding action points.
- Draft professional customer correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Organise exciting seasonal events for the Managing Director and arrange ad-hoc employee events as needed.
- Coordinate catering requirements for meetings, ensuring a pleasant and productive environment.
- Provide assistance to the Managing Director with monthly payroll and holiday scheduling using Microsoft Office packages.
- Support the Managing Director in Account Manager responsibilities, product code set up, and inputting purchase orders. You may also contribute to our mail order operations.
- Conduct research and project work, analysing data for new or existing business projects.

**Experience required**:

- Proven experience in providing support at Senior Management level.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling you to work independently with integrity.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
- Strong research and analytical abilities, with the capability to present information clearly and concisely.
- Flexibility and adaptability, capable of multitasking on various assignments and willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
- Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to delegate tasks when necessary.
