**Role Overview**:
The Customer Service team at Toolstream are often the first point of contact not only for our existing customers but also for prospective new customers.
The Customer Services Representative is responsible for effectively and efficiently dealing with all post-sale transactions and interactions with customers. In addition, they directly liaise with the end-user for any product or warranty support inquiries.
This role is key in ensuring that customer contact with Toolstream is a positive and engaging experience. Working together, the Customer Services team are passionate about delivering great service in an efficient manner.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Listens to the customer to fully understand their needs and requirements and works to meet them to maximise the Toolstream customer experience.
- Seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience throughout their interaction with Customer Services and highlights wider opportunities for improvement to the Customer Services Supervisor.
- Builds relationships with our 3rd party suppliers to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
- Builds relationships with internal teams across the business to help better resolve customer inquiries.
**Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience**:
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role
- Sound IT skills across the Microsoft suite
- Experience of working to daily targets
**Key personal requirements**:
- Passion for customer services and the customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organised
- Self-motivated
- **Please note that the base salary of £21,798.36 will be reviewed in April 2024 in line with any national living wage increase.**_
