Bartender

**POSITION PURPOSE**
Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner. Preparing and creating cocktails for guests within the Grand Tea Lounge & Bar.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

Prepare drinks for the customers and servers, ensure that the proper materials and supplies are on hand**:

- ** Actively interact with guests using alcohol and cocktail knowledge to provide recommendations.**:

- ** Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas**:

- ** Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits**
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Ability to communicate freely in the local language
- Previous experience of working in a past paced, bar environment
- Previous experience of the 5 star, luxury market
- Knowledge and experience of drinks preparation and mixology is essential
