The Recruitment Co are currently representing a facilities management company on the outskirts of Halifax.
Within this role you will be responsible for leadership and delivery of technical support services to external clients, predominantly in IT and technical facilities management services.

Within this role you will be responsible for three key areas, Managed Service IT for clients, the management of an IT service Team and individual account management for clients.

You'll be working remotely and on-site and consisting of IT technical support, system installation, monitoring, maintenance.

**What will you be doing?**
- Provide hands on technical support of customer needs and demands, 1st line to 3rd line, ensuring customers' expectations are regularly and proactively managed.
- Lead and train the team in comprehensive use of the IT support ticketing system, managed service systems, back-up systems, connectivity monitoring systems, SLA's
- Monitoring the team's work quality and both volume and speed of productivity.
- Monitor and audit tickets assigned to the team.
- Act as escalation point (3rd line) and 1st and 2nd line enquiries customers directly to assist the team on the service desk.
- Participate in providing on-call services as and when required.

**Who will you be?**

Ideally you will have worked in an IT support role before and have some managerial experience.

As the role will see you work with multiple clients using external systems we're not actively looking for any specific technology experience.
