Property Advisor

We are seeking a Property Advisor to work within an established team of experienced property professionals, in a vital role, working closely within a team to deliver exceptional Customer Service to our clients and meet the company’s objectives.

Main duties will Include:

- Front of house telephone and in person interaction with customer base
- Liaising with clients and contractors for pro active and reactive property maintenance activities
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong Communicator and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Self-motivated and prepared to go the extra mile
- Understanding of general property maintenance

Experience & Requirements:

- Experience of Lettings industry is preferable but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
