Pay Smart Carpets is a fast-growing company selling top-quality flooring with multiple payment options to customers in the North West, Yorkshire and Scotland. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we need someone with a warm and engaging personality so we can continue to wow our customers.

**General requirements/responsibilities**
- Excellent telephone skills
- Managing diaries
- Data inputting
- Customer service
- IT literate
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Work well in a small team

Full training will be given.
