A primary focus for Central I&T PMO is to manage the process for identifying, prioritizing, and selecting projects to support corporate business strategy. The Central I&T PMO has a significant level of interaction with cross-functional departments in the company.

The I&T PMO Analyst focus is to monitor critical projects, prepare reports on a regular basis and analyse data to identify opportunities and process optimisation. The position requires good communication and collaboration skills for the project teams and senior management. This individual will be a talented multitasker, well organised and good at understanding "the big picture", while also having an eye for the detail. The I&T PMO Analyst will be part of developing the I&T PMO and take part in broad activities within the I&T PMO, e.g. portfolio and resource management.

Additional Job Description
- Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the projects lifecycle.- Guide the Group IT Project Managers in the Framework and Project Management.
- Active role in the development of PMO and roadmap activities
- Develop and maintain the PMO Plexus page, library, recording and reporting systems.
- Develop and implement appropriate procedures to ensure governance and standards are aligned.
- Co-ordinate the production of all reports and produce portfolio summary reports. Maintain portfolio risk and issue logs and change control records.
- Develop and support effective communication mechanisms in IT PMO.
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as specified by the PMO Manager.
- Maintains the portfolio documentation and minutes of project review board meetings
- Monitors projects in the portfolio-milestone schedule commitments, resource commitments-and collects project information to update the portfolio.
- Distributes project portfolio information to executive management, directors, and other key personnel
- Works with project managers to translate portfolio decisions to appropriate plans for and execution of the project
