Venue Supervisor

Job Summary:
Weekend availability is critical along with a willingness to potentially work between venues in Lancaster and Morecambe.

**Duties**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff supervision and facility maintenance
- Oversee guest services to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the venue's reputation and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field
- Proven track record in delivering excellent guest services
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
