**What will make you successful**:
- 1+ years of experience in a training codinat role with compliance background
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience using a Learning Management System
- Excellent communication skills
**What will you do?**
- Accountable f scheduling and assigning training to Payments Compliance team members as well as stakeholders.
- Suppt training through to completion, including follow up where necessary with stakeholders and leadership.
- Provide repting on training completion rates.
- Collabate with the Training Lead on the development of local and global training programs.
- Recommend training materials as part of the continuing education program.
- Evaluate our client’s wk as a Training Team, finding ways f the team to be me efficient, relevant and valuable.
- Maintaining a good wking relationship with stakeholders.
