**Job description**

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the depot operation. Some of your roles as a Depot supervisor include managing the day-to-day operation within your depot, completing daily depot checks and returning to HQ, managing product stock levels, performing weekly/monthly checks (completed online system), and managing a small team of operatives and their workloads.

Starting salary for this role is £33,000

You will also work closely with new starters until they work to a safe and competent standard, complete customer satisfaction site visits, and be available to support your team whilst performing hours of activity. You must be able to support the team by ensuring equipment is tested before, and after hire, complete hire delivery and collections, setups, and battery exchanges respond to breakdowns. You will be required to be on call (evenings and weekends) 1 week out of 4.

**Requirements**:

- A person who takes safety as seriously as we do
- A person who has the drive to train and manage a small team of operatives
- A person who will ensure that the depot is always presentable for customer visits
- A strong communicator
- A person who is agile and professional
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A flexible, proactive individual that can deliver at pace in a fast-changing environment
- A problem solver who is highly organised working to time constraints
- Be comfortable using a tablet to complete daily work
- Be comfortable spending a lot of time driving between our network of depot
- Ideally looking for people who are 45 minutes away from Romford

You must have the right to work in the UK and a full English driving license with no more than 3 points.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £33,000.00 per year
