**Job Purpose**:
The System Specialist is responsible for supporting the maintenance of IT systems used by Insurance & Risk Management in the UKI, EE, EMA, and APAC regions. The role entails providing end-user assistance for requests and issues, as well as training for new features.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**User Support**
- Provide first-line support to end users via telephone and support ticket.
- Process requests promptly in line with the service level agreement.
- Support the deployment of new system features by providing user training and updating documentation.
- Troubleshoot and triage reported issues to understand the cause.
- Own issues, seek support in resolving them, and validate with users that issues are resolved.
- Manage the queues of requests across the team, ensuring they are handled within SLA.

**System Administration**
- Monitor, maintain, and update the RMIS tool and other technologies used by the team.
- Ensure all regular system maintenance tasks are documented and carried out successfully.
- Maintain master data to ensure the RMIS tool remains current and accurate.
- Develop self to ensure the necessary skills and training for the ongoing support of RMIS tools.
- Monitor patterns & trends of issues raised to understand root causes and propose improved processes.

**Qualifications & Key Requirements**:
