The responsibilities of the role include:
*Strategy Development* Establishing marketing goals based on past performance, market forecasts, target audiences, new product launches, corporate initiatives, etc.
- Researching and analysing market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to help form effective marketing strategies
- Identifying online and live forums where prospective customers engage, e.g. conferences, educational groups, online groups, etc

*High quality content Creation & Maintenance* Championing the creation of all relevant content necessary for in-person, print and online marketing and communication campaigns.
- Responsible for the roll-out of engaging and channel appropriate content across corporate social media channels

*Campaign Management*
- Develops and implements an ongoing lead nurturing pipeline that educates and ‘warms’ prospective customers in preparation for sales transition
- Tracks all marketing and sales data to create actionable reports that can result in effective campaign adjustment/modification

*Customer Cross-Marketing, Education & Support*

*Development of multiple media educational content on existing products and services to support these communication strategies

*Monitoring and measurement of effectiveness of cross-marketing activity enabling strategic adjustment when required
