The post holder will be delegated a high level of responsibility, manage their own work and use their own initiative taking key decisions within broadly defined administrative policies, frequently without reference to the Divisional Director of Operations. The postholder will lead on all office administration activities.

To provide highly efficient, professional, executive level secretarial support and management of all office administration processes. This will primarily be underpinning and supporting the activities of the Divisional Director of Operations. Their portfolios encompasses a wide and diverse spectrum of engagements, correspondence and publications and the post holder is required to receive, analyse and interpret queries and liaise with staff and management across the Trust, in medical specialties, professional education and training, UK Departments of Health, and other NHS and Government bodies.
