Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a **Warehouse Team Leader** to join our team on the Coop contract based in West Thurrock. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing support for the Senior Shift Leader as well as for warehouse operatives, to contribute and ensure we meet operational efficiencies.

This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis with an average of 40.25 hours. If successful, you will predominantly work 06:00 - 18:00, though some flexibility may be required.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a hourly wage of **£13.52** per hour with an additional £1 per hour bonus if targets are achieved and 20 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Ensure that training and development requirements for Warehouse Operatives are regularly carried out
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of policies and procedures
- Prioritise and delegate tasks to meet deadlines
- Monitor productivity and collate colleagues’ figures

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous supervisory experience within a similar environment
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A committed and flexible approach to work
