About the job

As a foreman within our expanding London branch you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of installing lightning protection and electrical earthing systems to a range of clients. You will liaise closely with the project supervisor to ensure the smooth running of all site activities. Assisting in pre-tender surveys you will be supported with on-the job training to build your technical knowledge of electrical earthing systems. Responding to any client queries and ensuring health and safety requirements are met, your primary function will be to supervise operatives in the efficient provision of services to clients. Performing site inspections you will offer technical support and adopt a hands-on approach to day-to-day front line people management issues.
About the successful applicant

To be successful - applicants will be an experienced in all areas of lightning protection including electrical earthing. Comfortable in managing people with an aptitude for problem solving, applicants will possess lots of initiative alongside good communication and influencing skills.
