Due to a review of the structure of the exams service, a full time post as Exam Coordinator (with an online focus) has become available. The role is integral in supporting the delivery of the examinations and mitigating circumstances services following diversification of assessment across the Institution. The exams service spans across core stakeholders including Colleges, departments, students and central offices. The post-holder will work closely with colleagues across all teams.

The work completed in this role is varied and key responsibilities include:

- Taking the lead on the delivery of online examinations via the digital learning platform Moodle
- Supporting the annual cycle of activity relating to examination and reasonable adjustment delivery
- Liaising with senior members of the University and of the individual Colleges
- Administering the day to day running of online examinations including those which require reasonable adjustments
- Ensuring confidential information is stored appropriately
- Providing guidance and administrative support for Colleges, departments and other stakeholders
- Training and supervising other members of the team who support with the delivery of online examinations
- Supporting the exams team or other tasks within the Student Registry if there is demand
- Identifying and implementing changes and improvements to current processes

- educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience

A hybrid work model is possible at certain times, however, the role requires some days per week in the office. During peak examination times, the role holder will need to be in the office full-time.
