**Responsibilities for the job role**:
**You will be working in our Demolition division based on on the road and contract sites.**
- Familiarise yourself with the Plan of Works and any subsequent amendment
- Observe all health and safety requirements and instructions at the site
- Soft stripping of buildings
- Excavation (hand-digging etc.)
- Collecting goods from depot or pick up point
- Loading vehicles
- Plan route to ensure deliveries are on time
- Obtaining signature for goods when delivery is taken
- Recording mileage and fuel usage
- Updating delivery records
- Work within a team
- Ensure the work is carried out within the deadlines, safely and efficiently, and to relay information accurately to the Site Supervisor.
- Wear the appropriate PPE
- Familiarising yourself with the evacuation and emergency procedures at the site, including the location and type of each fire extinguisher
- To follow all instruction and direction from your supervisor
- Carry out best practice and safe working practices
- Report any malfunction, unserviceability of equipment/tools immediately
- Report any accident or injury immediately however small
- Report any near accident or potential of an accident
- Complete a weekly timesheet and hand it to your supervisor
- Complete the site feedback form and hand it to your supervisor
