**Stores Person**
- **BSW Dalbeattie, DG5 4PL**:

- **Day Shift Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00**

We have a fantastic opportunity for to join our workforce within our Engineering operations at BSW Timber, Dalbeattie. As a Stores Person, you will contribute towards the creation of quality timber products - on time and to specification.

**_Specifically, some responsibilities of a Stores Person may include: _**
- To ensure all the stores are well organised and kept clean and tidy.
- To maintain an electronic stock control system.
- To monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels in the stores.
- To administrate orders for the site within group supplier agreements
- To maintain a stock distribution log.
- To compile and manage critical spares stock.

**_About you: _**

We’re seeking a motivated and hardworking individual who is quality focused and understands the value of the goods they are producing. A degree of flexibility will be required to ensure operations are maximised, maintained and quality targets are met with minimum wastage. In addition, you will have:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- An appreciation of quality and Health & Safety.
- Willingness to undertake all relevant training required to fulfil the role.
- Experience within a manufacturing, or similar production environment, would be advantageous.
