Rate: £20/ 23 per hour + 0.45 pence per mile
Location: Godstone/ Maidstone/ South Mimms/Ipswich
Working for a National FM contractor this role is a maternity cover post. The role is to manage 5 office buildings in various locations as above. You can be based at any of the locations, but will be expected to visit all of the sites twice a month. You willalso be on call once per month.
All travel will be paid for.
The Role and about You
You will be managing a varied team that includes, cleaning staff, Office support, concierge and Help desk.
You will have a strong track record in FM and managing people and have exceptional client facing skills.
Knowledge of Hard and Soft services ,Fire Safety and H&S, Legionella
Ideally you will have a L8 legionalla qualification and Asbestos awareness/Mgmt
This role is looking to start soon, so there can be a good handover.
