This is a new, HR Advisor job and an exciting time to join the business as they enter a new growth phase. This is a stand alone HR Advisory role within the Belfast office but there is a strong HR support network in GB as well as a transactional shared service team.

The successful HR Advisor will enjoy supporting and guiding Managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle as well as driving any change initiatives.

**The Role**
- Provide effective HR advice and support to key stakeholders, ensuring guidance is in line with employment law and best practice
- Advising on all people related matters, including performance management, absence management, welfare and employee relations cases
- Support the company wide performance review process, including the delivery of training
- Support the embedding of the company behaviours
- Respond to HR queries and manage all aspects of issues across the employee lifecycle
- Coach, support and build capability in Managers and guide them in relations to company policies and procedures as required
- Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
- Support and guide Managers with end to end case management for all employee relation cases including grievance and disciplinary hearings, probations, capability/performance management, absence management etc
- Coordinate and participate in monthly case reviews with the HR Team to identify key areas for improvement
- Support change initiatives - acquisitions, restructures, TUPE, redeployment etc
- Produce monthly HR reports and HR statistics as required
- Manage staff absence and carry out return to work interviews

**The Person**

**Essential**
- 3rd level Degree qualification
- Associate CIPD (minimum of level 5 or higher)
- 3-4 years strong HR Advisory experience
- Proven track record of delivering high quality, tailored HR support
- Significant practical experience of managing complex employee relations issues
- Demonstrable experience and success in working within a very fast paced environment. Experience working in professional services would be preferable.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Confident with a strong attention to detail
- Full drivers license
